With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Connexion Sleeve specializes in the development and delivery of shrink sleeve machinery and consumables. We tailor our service to your business methods, this allows us to translate your wishes, requirements and experiences in a sleeve concept suited to your market.
We are experts in the development and production of high quality shrink sleeve lines and sleeve material. Our sleeve material is extruded or shaped to a tube and applied to a container. The fixation is done by a hot air shrink tunnel. Application of the sleeve to your products is done by our own automatic applicator, completing your sleeve line.
The installation of the sleeve line at your company is the task of our service technicians. Your employees, who will be responsible for the operation of the machines within your company, as well as your technical support staff, will receive comprehensive instructions. Thanks to the simplicity of the machines, changeovers and basic maintenance can be performed by the operators. Your staff will receive instructions with regard to this as well.
For special sleeve applications we have the knowledge and expertise to develope a tailormade sleeving system for you.
Besides sleeve machinery and sleeve materials, Connexion Sleeve uses its validated cleanroom for the production of preforms for the Pharmaceutical market. These are used for safety reasons on vials with oncologic, toxic or nuclear contents.
